To ensure efficient handling of IT-related requests and to better serve the LBU community, Lumbini Buddhist University uses an online support ticket system. Each request submitted to the LBU IT Support Desk is assigned a unique ticket number, allowing you to track its status and view responses at any time.

For your reference, the system securely maintains a complete history and archive of all your submitted requests. A valid email address is required to submit a support ticket and to receive updates regarding your request.
